One Hundred Percent is headed up by Peter and Mandy Lumb. With more than 20 years combined experience in design & marketing, in both large and small agencies, One Hundred Percent is qualified to meet a broad range of marketing requirements.
THE OWNERS
Peter Lumb – Creative Director
Peter, One Hundred Percent’s Creative Director, has been in the industry as a Graphic Designer, Art Director and Creative Director for Fourteen years. He has worked at a variety of agencies – Inspiration the Co., FCBi, FCB Impact, OgilvyOne and Greymatter. Through the broad range of agencies and departments, Peter has gained a wide range of skills within the Advertising industry. His disciplines consist of Graphic Design, Print Advertising, Direct Marketing and Event Promotions, where these skills have been used in the intricate crafting of a Corporate Identity and conceptualising and designing a large budget Event Promotion.
Mandy Lumb – Account Director
Mandy, One Hundred Percent’s Account Director, has worked as an Account Executive and Account Manager in both small and large agencies over the years. Mandy spent four years at the Virtual Agency, a supplier outsourcing agency, a year at FCB and then another two years working back at the Virtual Agency. Through Mandy’s career she has gained the expertise in both a small and large agency environment. She has worked on accounts ranging from those that require more one to one personal interaction with an understanding of smaller budgets, to large corporate accounts where deadlines and an overall understanding of the marketing strategy is of the utmost importance.
